Kurt Jensen, President

Kurt joins Concord with over 28 years of leadership experience in the Automotive Industry.  Reporting to owners Mark Dichtel and Neil Dichtel, Kurt will be responsible for Concord’s Tooling and Manufacturing organization.  He joined Concord after serving 2 years with Novares as the Vice President of their Americas Business unit and was responsible for all aspects of the business in North and South America.

Over 28 years of leadership experience

Prior to this role he served as Chief Operating Officer of Key Plastics with operational responsibilities for facilities throughout North America, Asia, and Europe.  In this role he helped transform Key Plastics from a regional to a global supplier and significantly improved all aspects of the company’s financial, operational, and quality performance. He spent 7 years at Visteon serving as their global Director of Continuous Improvement and had direct operational responsibility for North American Interiors and Lighting operations.

Prior to working for Visteon, Kurt spent over 14 years with Lear corporation in escalating managerial rolls including Plant Manager of several locations and serving as VP of Operations over multiple facilities for over 5 years.  Jensen holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of New Mexico.
